Shipping & Returns

Kwik Cover returns are allowed if the package has not been opened. We can't resell the product if the package is open. If you would like to return your Kwik Covers please email us at: orders@thetemagroup.com. We will email you back with an address to ship the covers to. You will need to pay for shipping. There will be a 25% restocking fee.

Inflatables are non-returnable. If they are damaged during shipping please call: or email us at orders@thetemagroup.com within 3 days of receiving the product. Inflatables are made when they are ordered. Prepayment is required and shipping time varies depending on the time of year. The shipping times are adjusted up or down during the year.

If your order is incorrect or damaged please call: or email us at orders@thetemagroup.com. Please notify us within 3 days of receiving the product.

Returns: If you would like to return your product you have 10 days from receipt of purchase to return your product at your expense. The product must be new. The product must be in its original packing. Please do not return a used product. A refund will be issued once the product has been received. Refunds will be issued within 3 days. Please email us at orders@thetemagroup.com for an address to return the product to.
